Founder of Leadenhall Consulting, Chris leads on HR consulting assignments, 1:1 coaching of senior leaders and team coaching at Board level.
Liz leads the coaching practice and coaches senior leaders and executive teams often using Lencioni’s Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team.
David has over thirty years of experience of utilising people, performance, organisation and HR skills for business and customers benefit.
As an experienced Chief People Officer, Annette has coached employees at all levels, on a global basis for 20+ years.
Preeta has a wealth of commercial management, operational and board-level experience which she brings to her leadership coaching.
Sarah’s extensive board level experience enables her to work confidently with senior leaders.
Karen has extensive experience in leadership and management, team building, performance management and employee engagement.
Martin has 20 years’ experience in the City, including over 12 years assessing and developing leaders, investment professionals and teams.
