Sarah offers a practical, results oriented approach in her coaching, helping her clients gain insights and reach decisions that work for them and their organisations, and then building the confidence to act on these decisions. She works with clients to identify the critical relationships in their working lives and to develop strategies to manage these successfully. Sarah uses practical insights from business psychology in working with her clients to focus on their values, strengths and resourcefulness, identifying how to bring these to bear on the situation or challenge they face. Sarah’s extensive board level experience enables her to work confidently with senior leaders. She has particular experience working with clients at times of career transition, in defining what they need to succeed as leaders and in supporting the promotion of high potentials.
Sarah spends as much of her free time as possible outdoors, gardening and walking and particularly loves cliff and beach walking when the opportunity arises.
She allocates a significant amount of her working time to pro bono work as a community mediator, as a coach in the charity sector and as a Governor of her local university.
