Sheena has been an executive coach since 2005. She works with senior executives who wish to focus on their development during periods of stretching leadership challenges. She brings pragmatism, challenge, and an authenticity, creating a warm open space for reflection. Her work brings both business and personal outcomes. Her areas of expertise are Authentic Leadership, Transition, Impact, Stakeholder Management and Engagement. Sheena’s business experience was gained with The Oxford Group, a global leadership development organisation. Over the last 10 years she led the business through rapid growth, and achieved a successful sale of the company in 2015. She has first hand experience leading and managing communities of international consultants, and has guided teams through transition and change.
Sheena thoroughly enjoys theatre and living in West London enables this to be a regular past time. She keeps fit by cycling, spinning and has practiced pilates for 10 years.
Her little known secret is that she plays bridge!
