Whether it is the executive committee leading a public company, the leadership team of a division or function, an investment team or a business development team, a team needs to be more than the sum of its parts for the delivery of outstanding results.

The Team Facilitation approach is a tried and tested, highly practical method for working with leaders and their teams to move a team from individual-first working to a collaborative team-first approach that delivers improved performance, delivery and results.

A team facilitation kicks off with a discussion with the leader to establish the starting point including first thoughts on the challenges the team is facing. Team performance targets and shared business goals are clarified. During the 1-day or 2-day offsite the team’s goals are worked on in conjunction with establishing productive team habits using the Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team model.
