Our Team

The Leadenhall leadership team is made up of individuals who have worked at senior executive and board levels in leading organisations across a range of industries with extensive ‘hands on’ business experience.

Between them, the directors have international experience including living and working in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa and a wide range of expertise including Finance and Treasury, Investment, Legal, Risk Management, Human Resources, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Compliance, and Property Management.

Chris and Liz continue to coach and work closely with clients on leadership development solutions.

The Client Services team of Stan and Samia are responsible for:

  • Matching coaches to coachees to ensure successful coaching assignments
  • Managing coaching assignments
  • Reporting on coaching assignments and projects
  • Responding to day-to-day assignment administration and client management
  • Administration of Coaching on Demand
  • Supporting the Leadenhall Coaching Community
Chris Woodman

Founder of Leadenhall Consulting, Chris leads the business and continues to coach senior leaders, board members and teams at Executive Team and Board level.

David Farrant

David has over thirty years of experience of utilising people, performance, organisation and HR skills for business and customers benefit.

Paul Couchman

Non-Executive Chair – As a former Worldwide Partner of Mercer and Managing Director of Premier Pensions, Paul has over forty years of experience in business development, senior leadership, and client relationship management.

Stan Woster

Head of Client Services – Stan brings considerable experience of working with clients, coaches and coachees across the Coaching sector.

Samia Sharmin

Client Services and Marketing Executive – Samia helps to ensure we continue to deliver excellence in client service, and in supporting our Coaching Community.
