As part of our work as individual, team and organisational coaches and advisors we find it helpful to use high quality psychometric tools to underpin our work. It is important that the instruments are valid and reliable (they measure what they say they measure, reliably) and are right for the purpose for which they are being used.
We have chosen to become an authorised partner of Wiley who have developed Everything DiSC which provides a range of applications which provide individuals with personalised insights that deepen their understanding of self and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable, effective and productive.
Everything DiSC is supported by the Catalyst a powerful learning platform which provides videos, work modules and functionality to compare styles with colleagues and teams. We are also making DiSC available to clients and coachees who use Coaching on Demand our own proprietary coaching platform in support of the coaching process.
We offer support to clients who are interested in Everything DiSC a range of services:
- Simple provision for staff to complete the assessments and receive reports and access to the Catalyst Platform. Assessments include Workplace, Agile EQ, Management, Work of Leaders, Productive Conflict and Sales.
- Workshops in support of the implementation of DiSC in workplaces and teams.
- Individual feedback and coaching on the implications of the DiSC profile.
- DiSC Certification programme for those who would like to run workshops in house and become a Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner.
- DiSC facilitation kits to support the deliver of workshops by Certified Practitioners.
As an international coaching practice we can also offer coaching programmes which include DiSC feedback and team coaching which includes the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team for which we are also an authorised partner.
