The Leadenhall Coaching Community

High quality coaching and leadership development is at the heart of our Coaching Practice.

The Leadenhall Coaching Community has grown slowly but surely over recent years and currently consists of seventy coaching associates around the world. Our relationships within the community are important in preventing us becoming transactional.

When we work with clients, we help them build a panel of the right coaches for their business and for their specific programmes. We hold briefing meetings with coaches, often with clients, to ensure that they understand the company, the culture and the purpose of the coaching being sought.

We meet as a community quarterly and share our experiences and knowledge with each other. We have free group supervision six times a year and we get to know each other well as people and understand each other’s professional challenges as coaches.

All of our coaches are qualified with reputable accrediting bodies such as the ICF, EMCC, AC, APECS, Hult Ashridge, Henley, ILM and AoEC. Many have other specialist coaching qualifications such as in supervision, team coaching, systemic coaching and constellations and most are qualified to use at least one of the personality profiles: Hogan, OPQ, 16pf, Insights, DiSC, MBTI and Lumina Spark.

The Leadenhall Coaching Community is also incredibly diverse in respect of gender (63% female), ethnicity (13% non-Caucasian), nationality (18 nationalities, 13 languages), sexual preferences (6% LGBTQ+), beliefs and backgrounds.  We value the diversity of thinking of our community and our coaches are not expected to use one model or approach to coaching, we are a broad church of coaching styles and approaches to coaching. The one thing common to all our coaches is the depth and breadth of their experience in business, professional disciplines, international exposure and strong academic credentials.

Our coaches are continuously developing and sharing their knowledge and experience with each other. We hold regular workshops and an annual Coaching Conference, just for our community.
