Our financial services client was keen to provide leadership and developmental coaching for their next generation of leaders with an eye to affordability and value.
The first cohort was for six people across different functions. The client selected a panel of Leadenhall coaches that best met their needs and matched the participants.
Each coachee was given a choice of three coaches with whom they could work. The coaches worked with the coachees over six coaching sessions over approximately six months with a focus on leadership development and the coachees specific needs. Their managers had offered their thoughts via the ‘Manager Guidance’ function on the platform. Coachees were also given an opportunity to collect 360-degree feedback via the 360 Insights functionality.
We regularly met with the client to review progress of the coaching and to ensure that the programme was supported. An evaluation of the coaching and thematic review was conducted following the completion of the cohort as part of the service.
