We developed the Leadership Development Review in collaboration with our client, an international asset management firm.
The firm was keen to support the development of leaders by providing greater self-awareness to enable them to build their own development plans. Leaders were asked to complete the Hogan Personality Suite, Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory and their own 360-degree feedback process and were given feedback for each of these instruments by a coach. The different perspectives from the personality profile and the 360-degree feedback were integrated into a summary report which was used for an in-depth coaching session to explore development needs. The Leader would then develop their thoughts in anticipation of a development planning meeting with their line manager(s) and HR business partner – facilitated by the coach. Over one hundred leaders undertook this programme over a period of three years.
