Board Coaching

Leadenhall was founded in 2011 and has become one of the City’s leading coaching practices. The Leadenhall Board Practice brings together many of our most experienced and capable coaches to serve the specific needs of boards and those who support them. Our coaches bring senior executive experience of working with boards, direct board experience (many are current or former Non-Executive Directors) and, naturally, considerable coaching experience.

Ian White

Region: UK

Ian is a consultant and coach specialising in Board Effectiveness Reviews with clients ranging from FTSE100 companies to Not For Profits. He is not sector specific but about half of the reviews he undertakes are for regulated financial services firms (both single and dual regulated).

Mark Prisk FRICS

Region: UK

Mark has worked for over thirty five years with senior leaders across business and Government, in and outside the boardroom. He has extensive experience of serving on both private and public sector boards, as well as coaching senior executives and others in leadership roles.

Louise Taylor Walls

Region: UK

Louise is a board director of a financial services organisation and the chair of their Nominations and Remuneration Committee, as well as an experienced organisational coach.

Annette Andrews

Region: UK

Annette is an experienced former Chief People Officer, with deep knowledge and expertise across a broad range of areas in Human Resources. She is a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor and has worked with Boards, CEOs, Executive Committees and senior leaders on a global basis for 30+ years.

John Williams

Region: UK

John currently holds non-Executive positions with two banks in Asia, as Chairman of their respective Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Formally a senior HR executive with an extensive international background and highly diverse experiences, John began working in the Financial Services Industry in 1986.
