This is one-to-one coaching of employees at all levels in leadership roles.

The level of coach, additional services, assessment and management depend on the level of the leader and the needs of the client.

Our 1-1 coaching is at the heart of everything we do and with the amazing team of highly experienced and skilled coaches we can deliver coaching to fit all leaderships levels, needs and organisations.

Full Service Coaching

Initial Leadenhall/HR stakeholder meeting to agree key outcomes, identify coaches and ensure a clear brief for the assignment

All management/briefing meetings needed for the assignment (tripartite meetings, evaluation meetings, high level briefings on progress etc.) face-to-face, online or by phone as required
Chemistry meetings with shortlisted coaches – ensuring best compatibility
6-months full service 1-1 coaching (normally monthly two-hour meetings)
Availability of Coach via phone and email throughout assignment for coachee support
Leadenhall Account Manager
Final evaluation of the assignment including tripartite meeting if required
Extra services available – Evaluations, Hogan 360 etc (NB extra cost applies per service)

Coaching on Demand

Initial HR stakeholder meeting to discuss and identify coaching panel

Limited, handpicked coaching pool per client

Book coaches directly through the platform
Coaching through the platform via Zoom
Small short term ‘coaching only/assignments (minimum 3 sessions)
Programme specific delivery if required – allocated themes and topics
Easy access to programme resources and data
Up to 3 manager/administrator logins where required
Reporting of coaching activity, quality of sessions and topics (anonymised)
Manager guidance and support
Simple one-off fee per coachee
