Emma Ryan

Emma works with individuals, teams and groups who are ready to take action and create positive sustainable changes. Her coaching draws on over 15 years’ experience in HR and line management roles across the financial services, pharmaceuticals and technology industries and 7 years practising as an Executive and Resilience Coach. Working with leaders at all levels of the organisation to establish an authentic leadership style, Emma helps her clients to deepen their self-awareness, understand their reputation & impact on others, and what they need to harness to get the best out of themselves & teams. Her client-centred approach to executive coaching is focussed on positive & transformational behaviour changes that create sustainable, long-term impact.

Alongside leadership development, Emma has a strong interest in supporting clients to achieve personal resilience equipping them to thrive in the challenging roles and environments they are in. She is passionate about enabling people to confidently and holistically achieve both personal and professional success. Emma is supportive & honest, whilst unafraid to challenge her clients to search deeper & take risks for both self and leadership-development. She provides a non-judgemental and safe space for reflection, challenge, action planning & support.

Emma’s coaching draws on her professional Corporate HR career in senior Leadership Development and Talent Management roles at Hewlett Packard, Barclays Capital, Aspen Re, Lloyds Banking Group and Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
